Once our audit verifies that your organisation meets the relevant standard, we submit our report and recommendation to the accredited certification body, which decides whether to issue the Management System Certificate.
Pre-Audit
Three months before the initial certification audit. All nonconformities must be closed for the pre-audit before progressing.
Initial Audit
Where the certification body grants certification, the Management System Certificate is valid for 3 years.
Surveillance
Annual surveillance audits to confirm continued conformance and continual improvement of the management system.
Recertification
At the end of the 3-year cycle, full recertification audit to maintain certified status into the next cycle.
